Student in the Department of Curriculum & Instruction who has completed the junior year and performed well academically; Recipient must be enrolled in a program enabling him/her to teach English or rhetoric and have taken at least one composition course. May also be awarded to an English or rhetoric teacher returning for additional coursework.
