SoHE student successfully completing a consumer protection/advocacy internship with public/nonprofit sector sponsors including, but not limited to, government agencies such as DOT, DOJ, and DATCP as well as nonprofit agencies working to educate and protect consumers in areas related to product safety, complaint remediation, health care, and consumer credit. Internships with private sector companies that relate to consumer affairs, particularly complaint mediation and customer satisfaction, would also qualify for consideration.
